Our method of roasting coffee is as simple as it sounds: air.
With the “air cleaning system” method, an “ecological” roasting method, the plant is equipped with an air filtration system, with the finished product there is a low percentage of unwanted substances that are formed during roasting, thus favoring a higher percentage of fats and natural flavors, this system guarantees a healthier product, gives more uniformity and taste to the cup.
Driven by our commitment to safeguarding the environment, we have decided to use compostable and biodegradable raw materials as demonstrated by the European certification
